The Talent Contract is a promise, a covenant between you and us that the Trust will do its very best to support and develop you professionally. It describes a variety of professional development opportunities and encourages you to identify and pursue your own training needs.
As a member of staff you will have access to nationally recognised National Professional Qualifications (NPQs). The Alliance of Leading Learning (part of the Marches Academy Trust) holds the licence to deliver these qualifications and we actively encourage our staff to complete an NPQ. The Trust develops staff through running it’s own middle leaders programme and leadership development programme.
We also seek from within our team colleagues who want to enhance their experiences outside school by becoming a Specialist Leader in Education (SLE). Providing you with the merit of being recognised as a national expert in your field.
A high-quality range of confidential medical and wellbeing benefits accessed completely free of charge.
