Kate is a driving force behind the ITT and ECT programmes. She believes that an outstanding education system requires outstanding teachers and that is what she strives to achieve. With rigorous recruitment, Kate has bought many new teachers to The Trust who go on to become school leaders within the trust and much further afield. She works with staff in the trust and partner schools to find opportunities to train as teachers not just now but years ahead. Her background is in Banking and Sales Management and she uses the same drive and determination to deliver her objectives for the Trust.
