Meet Louise

Louise joined the Trust in 2022 and is the Trust’s Lead HR Officer- Employee Relations. Her role involves the provision of comprehensive HR support and advice across the Trust, and the development and implementation of HR Policy and Strategy, which underpins Trust values and objectives.

Louise is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) which is the professional body for HR and People Development. In addition to her degree in Human Resource Management and Psychology, she holds a Masters Qualification in Human Resources.

About Louise

Louise brings to the Trust over 20 years’ experience in the profession of Human Resources, having worked in Local Government, Schools and the NHS. Louise is passionate about promoting an organisational culture that supports wellbeing in the workplace and encourages and motivates staff to work collaboratively to reach their full potential.

Louise ensures the Trust has robust policies in place to underpin HR processes so that staff are equipped to carry out their roles effectively.

Louise is keen to promote positive employee relations as she believes that by working together, we can achieve the best outcome for our Children and Young People.
