We encourage all staff to develop their own journeys, as a learner and a colleague. Our Professional Development Pathways (link to attached Career development Pathways to sit behind this text as a link) set out how staff can progress from their starting points within the Trust to their desired level of expertise.
Our MAT and National conferences bear testament to our investment in professional learning for both our MAT staff and our professional colleagues nationally.
