Ethos and Values

Idsall had been a Single Academy Trust since 2014. Following lots of research and collaboration, we decided we would be better together and started our journey exploring options to work more closely with other trusts and schools. This allowing us to share expertise, save on resources and secure better financial and funding opportunities. As well as allowing us to really concentrate on young people, what we offer as a school and creating more time to spend on enhancing teaching and learning.

The Marches totally aligns with what was our own ethos and values. Working with the Trust before the official transfer date was seamless, with lots of support given to the school at a time of need. We retained all of our staff and have extended our workforce promoting talented leaders, ensuring the school bounces back on its journey towards outstanding quickly.
